Forty (40) million people between the ages of 18 to 54 years, experience high levels of anxiety - National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH). and according to the centers for Disease Control and Prevention, as of 2011-2012, more 2.6 million, U.S. children age 6-17 years were diagnosed with anxiety or depression. Anxiety can be recognized by feelings of fear or worry; anxiety often exists along with other physical or mental health conditions. A chronic form of anxiety can be evident around age 11 years, and separation anxiety can happen as early as 5 to 7 years of age.
